Each package covers one month of service. The listed content allowances apply to that one-month period.

Included in every package

Existing-profile review, a monthly calendar, captions and calls to action, template-based branded designs, approved-content scheduling, monthly performance summary and one consolidated revision round per monthly batch. We check published media and links. New account creation or substantial rebuilding is separate.

Clear content allowances

Each package covers one brand and a shared monthly content set. Posting the same item to several included profiles does not create additional original items. A Reel counts within the feed total. Carousels count as one feed item within their stated limits. One story frame is one screen and may adapt that month’s feed content.

English and Arabic captions accompany the same shared content set, not two independent batches. Platforms and formats are agreed at onboarding.

Reels and revisions

Included Reels use up to five minutes of organized client-supplied footage for a video up to 45 seconds. Basic editing includes cuts, simple transitions, appropriately licensed music and one agreed subtitle language based on an approved script. Additional subtitles, voiceover, animation, filming and extensive footage selection are separate.

One consolidated revision round covers the approved brief. Our own errors are corrected without using that allowance. The client supplies usable assets, accurate information and permissions. Allow three business days for consolidated feedback; silence is not approval. Late materials require a revised schedule. Provider-caused delays are completed or credited proportionately.

Additional services

• New profile setup — $100 once: one profile biography, supplied logo and cover, contact details, link and basic settings. New logo and identity design excluded.
• Paid advertising management — greater of $150/month or 15% of monthly ad spend: one brand and Meta ad account, Facebook and Instagram, up to two active campaigns and six active ads in total, plus monthly reporting. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client directly to the platform. Tracking implementation, landing pages and creative outside the content allowance are separate.
• Additional profile — $100/month: adaptation and distribution of the existing content set; no extra original posts or inbox hours.
• Additional inbox coverage — $25/hour: two-hour blocks during agreed hours, approved before work exceeds the allowance.
• WhatsApp Business setup — $150 once: one profile and catalog of up to ten client-supplied items. No API, chatbot, automation or ongoing messaging.
• Property photography or video — from $200/session: separate quotation confirms location, duration, travel, outputs, editing, rights and delivery date.
• Extra content: static post with caption $35; carousel up to five slides $60; supplied-footage Reel up to 45 seconds $80. One revision round and the main package’s agreed caption languages included. Complex work is quoted separately.

Limited inbox support

Coverage is proposed for Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Beirut time, excluding public holidays. Growth includes one scheduled check per business day; Professional and Premium include two, while monthly hours remain. Checking, replies, logging and handover all count toward the allowance. This is not continuous monitoring or a guaranteed response time.

We use approved FAQs and forward inquiries to your designated contact. Sales negotiations, order processing, commitments, legal responses and emergency coverage are excluded. At 80% of the allowance, we notify you and request approval for extra hours. When hours run out, you resume handling inquiries or approve more coverage.

Pricing and payment options

All prices are USD before applicable taxes. Monthly fees are payable before service begins. Quarterly prices cover three months with a 5% prepayment discount; annual prices cover twelve months with a 10% prepayment discount. Essential is excluded from discounts and referral credits. Premium amounts cover the baseline scope and may increase only through an agreed quotation.

Starter or Growth may receive 15% off their first month under monthly billing only: $297.50 or $510. This cannot combine with prepayment discounts. Eligible quarterly or annual plans may waive one $100 new-profile setup fee alongside their prepayment discount, the sole planned stacking exception. Existing-profile review is already included.

A $50 referral credit applies to a future full-price monthly invoice after the referred customer pays for their second month. It cannot combine with percentage discounts or reduce an invoice below zero. Multiple-brand reductions require a separate quotation.

Cancellation and ownership

The proposed agreement allows cancellation with 30 calendar days’ written notice and a refund of unused prepaid fees at the agreed discounted rate, less properly due work and approved unavoidable third-party costs. No retrospective discount removal or unagreed penalty. Final terms are set out in the signed agreement.

You retain your accounts and approved, paid-for final bespoke content, subject to third-party licenses. Source-file inclusion is agreed separately. We use role-based access where available. We commit to agreed deliverables and reporting, not guaranteed followers, leads or sales.
